Information is used to: process your funding application, verify deal documents, coordinate with title companies, communicate about your application status, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud.

Document storage

Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with access limited to our underwriting team. Documents are retained for the duration of the active deal plus the retention period required by applicable regulations.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only as necessary to: process your application (with title companies, end-buyer verification sources), comply with legal process, or protect our rights. We do not share with third-party marketers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
